At 24care we believe in keeping our customers happy always. Our return policies are created with you as our important customer in mind and ensure that you are satisfied every step of the way.
Product received in damaged condition/ manufacturing defect or wrong item: We advise the customer to check the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency.
In case of any discrepancy, please leave a suitable remark at the time of receipt.
In case the product is damaged or with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been sent, kindly contact 24care at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Kindly retain all packaging materials and product/s until a set of instructions from 24care regarding the same is received.
In case of any other complaints regarding the delivered package, email 24care at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Do not return any product/s to 24care before receiving a confirmation email from 24care for the same. In case you wish to return a product, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once we verify the damage or manufacturing defect, our customer care team will email you with details on how to return said product.
In case you email us with regards to returning a product, your email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the order/package delivered to you. Please note that 24care shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, based on the customers' emails.
All shipping costs of returning the defective products to 24care, over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from 24care are to be borne by the customer entirely.
All defective products are to be returned to 24care in its original condition, original packaging, with the invoice and sealed carefully. Please return your order with the return label issued to you by the customer care team at the time of return confirmation.
Safe receipt of defective product by 24care is sole responsibility of the customer.
24care shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then 24care shall make the necessary modifications/alternations at the cost of the customer.
24care will refund the paid amount only if the order at delivery is damaged, faulty or if the order is wrong.
No refund will be given by 24care if the order has been delivered with the colour and size as selected by the customer while placing the order.
In the event of the error having occurred on the part of 24care, the product can be replaced, or the amount can be refunded at the sole discretion of 24care.
In the case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, 24care in unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, 24care shall agree to either provide store credit to be used for future purchases or refund the amount for that product. The decision to provide a refund lies at the sole discretion of 24care.
The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.
The credits against the customer's credit card account normally take three (3) business days to be processed. After which, the corresponding bank may take up to two (2) business days from the date of processing to show the said credits in the customer's account.
The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, other details, size, etc.) as mentioned on 24care are only approximate values.
