We deliver globally and assure our clients with use of the best possible transport/courier agencies to deliver your product/s.


In case you purchase multiple products in one order, all products will be dispatched together unless, you have opted for customization, in which case, the order will be dispatched only once the customization is done.

DELAY IN DELIVERY: is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, 24CARE shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.

In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock 24Care shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product.

NOTE: All products shall be shipped from India. Billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills. Shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered.

Shipping charges of products on our website will be mentioned at the time of check out or on the product page. The said shipping charges are volumetric in nature and differ from product to product as per the brand policies.


Any product that you buy on, which is not MTO (made to order), will be delivered within 14 business days. In case of MTO our customer care team will get in touch with you to provide you the specific details.

NOTE: These days are merely indicative, and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, customization and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product.


Once the order has been handed to the courier agency, will email you the tracking code, along with the website link on which you can monitor and check the status of your order.

NOTE: The tracking code may take up to 24 business hours to be activated on the tracking website.


24Care does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code.

24Care will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products?

The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category, the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee. Thus, for e.g. if a customer who orders three Sarees weighing 200gms, 250gms and 400gms is charged a single delivery fee of a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. The customer is not charged for three different consignments weighing less than 500gms each. Thus, the customer will pay a delivery fee for the same.
